Frequently Asked Questions
Any standard pad lock with 1 inch shackle or similar will work. We recommend placing your pad lock inside the provided lock box for extra security and weather protection.
Yes, you will need to provide your own lock. We provide a standard lockbox that will prevent the use of bolt cutters but we do not provide locks themselves.
Yes, we do not accept contaminants, toxic or hazardous substances, explosives or other items that may pose a risk to the environment, the space, staff or other tenants.

For Stacked Storage, we offer:
- Vancouver – 2 sizes of containers: 8 ‘ x 10 ‘ and 8 ‘ x 20’.
- Calgary – 8 ‘ x 20’.
Not necessarily, however, we do encourage having someone on site during the delivery. This is done to ensure the container is placed in the right position for your needs.
Our Vancouver location offers the following container sizes: 7’ x 7 ‘ | 8’ x 8’ | 8 ‘ x 10 ‘ | 8 ‘ x 20 ‘ | 8 ‘ x 40 ‘.
Our Calgary and Edmonton locations offer the following container sizes: 8 ‘ x 10 ‘ | 8 ‘ x 20 ‘ | 8 ‘ x 40 ‘.
All our yards offer 20’ and 40’ basic containers for rent. However, certain locations offer 8’, 10’ and modified containers. Please contact our sales representatives for availability information.
Our yards are accessible 7 days a week, and most of our storage facilities are open from 6am to 10pm.
